Colombia y Puerto Rico se unen para un sencillo con sabor a “Menta”.
“Menta“, el nuevo sencillo entre Martínez y Fega, fue creado a partir de llamadas y mensajes en dónde los artistas compartieron su gran amor por hacer música. A partir de ahí, se llegaron a conocer de manera personal en la filmación del Video Oficial en “El Nido de Quetzalcóatl” en la Ciudad de México dirigido por La Catrina Films.
Aunque esta canción se pudo desarrollar de una buena manera, la creación de música a distancia sigue siendo un reto hoy en día para los artistas. “Poder vibrar en persona, estar ahí con el otro artista juntos. Quizás estoy escribiendo alguna frase y cuando estas en persona le puedes preguntar por su opinión. Tener ese feedback al instante como que en persona es diferente.” nos comentó Fega para BORN MX.
El tema de la menta está mezclado dentro de la canción, el video, los vestuarios pero… ¿cuál es la comida sabor a menta favorita? Fega nos contestó que sería el mantecado de menta con chocolate, a lo que en México conocemos como helado, y Martínez prefiere no combinarlo con cosas dulces ni saladas, sino más bien de manera pura como en un Halls Negra.
Martínez ha estado trabajando con músicos en México como Grecia, Callejo y Pastrana. Por su parte, Fega tiene un par de colaboraciones en camino y deja la puerta abierta para trabajar con algún artista mexicano.
